Start a return or exchange

  1. Request authorization

    Email [email protected] with your order number, item, and reason. If you prefer, ask for a prepaid US label ($9.95 will be deducted from your refund).

  2. Pack it securely

    Fold the tee, include all original BAPE tags, stickers, and packaging. Place the RMA you receive on the outer label. Use a protective mailer or box.

  3. Ship with tracking

    Use our label (US) or your own tracked service. Keep your receipt until your refund is confirmed.

  4. Inspection & refund

    We complete a 26‑point re‑inspection within 48 hours of delivery. Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method.

Policy details

Return window

  • United States: returns accepted within 14 days from delivery.
  • International: returns accepted within 21 days from delivery.
  • Holiday extension: orders placed Nov 15–Dec 31 returnable through Jan 15.

Eligibility & condition

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original BAPE tags, stickers, bags, and any accessories.
  • Try‑on is OK. Please avoid makeup, deodorant marks, fragrance, smoke, and pet hair.
  • Items marked Final Sale or noted as non‑returnable are not eligible.
  • Bundles: individual items from a bundle can be returned if the bundle discount is recalculated accordingly.

Exchanges

  • We can reserve a size/color for 48 hours once your exchange request is confirmed.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.
  • Exchange orders ship after we scan your return in transit or upon receipt, depending on availability.

Return shipping & fees

  • U.S.: optional prepaid label, $9.95 deducted from refund; or ship with your own tracked carrier.
  • International: ship with a tracked carrier of your choice. Duties, taxes, and original shipping are non‑refundable.
  • No restocking fee if returned complete and in original condition. If tags/packaging are missing or damaged, a 10–30% fee may apply.

Refund timing

  • Re‑inspection within 48 hours of arrival at our facility.
  • Approved refunds post in 3–7 business days to your original payment method (bank/PayPal processing times vary).
  • Original shipping and duties are not refundable unless we made an error.

Incorrect or defective items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos; keep packaging for carrier claims.
  • We cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

Order changes & cancellations

  • Requests to cancel or edit an order can be accommodated before shipment. Email us as soon as possible.
  • Once shipped, please follow the standard return process.

Gifts & store credit

  • Gifts returned by the recipient can receive store credit; refunds go to the original payment method.
  • Store credit does not expire.

Authentication note

Every tee is verified via our 26‑point inspection (tags, fabric, stitch density, print method, and camo rules). Returns are re‑authenticated for your protection and ours.

Will you refund my original shipping?

Original shipping is non‑refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or the product arrived defective.

Can I return items purchased during a promotion?

Yes, unless marked Final Sale. If a bundle or threshold discount was applied, your refund will be prorated accordingly.

How do international duties/taxes work on returns?

Import duties and taxes are collected by your local authority and are non‑refundable by us. You may contact your customs office to ask about reclaim options.

What packaging should I include?

All original BAPE swing tags, stickers, plastic bags, and any accessories included with the product must be returned to avoid a missing‑components fee.

How do I track my return?

Use the tracking number from our label or your carrier receipt. You’ll receive status emails when your return is received, approved, and refunded.
